Orlando and Olga Papa started their catering business in 1982 under the original company name of La Ciociara Catering. Specializing in European, Canadian and continental cuisine, they have attracted and serve mostly the European communities such as the Italian, Croatian, Portuguese and Greek communities, as well as corporate communities.
As their children grew, they joined Orlando and Olga to form a team with a solid business reputation. They were able to realize their dream of catering the weddings of the children of clients that had their weddings catered by them some twenty years prior.
Orlando's Catering also specializes in making all kinds of fresh and stuffed pastas, an art passed down to them from their parents and grandparents back home in Italy. This was a large factor of their success in the early years which, combined with other innovations, allowed them to maintain their high acclaim for top service.
Since then many have tried, without success, to imitate their "manigharetti" or their "rolled lasagna" and many other original recipes. Their crowning innovation is the always unique, "cruise-style" exotic fruits and sweets buffet (click on image above for virtual tour) prepared by their daughter Maria.
